Home Technics is your local source for Residential Electronic Systems. Whether you are building a new home, making a major addition, or just want to turn your family room into a great home theatre, we can help. Our offices and showroom is conveniently located at 121 N. Washington in Naperville. Our owners are Naperville residents and have over 50 years of combined high technology experience.

Founding principals

We were founded under the principal that home technology is entering it’s age of mass adoption. The catalyst for this is the general availability of broadband internet access from Cable, DSL or Satellite delivery sources. This broadband access will open a wide range of applications and services that can only be enjoyed with a robust home technology infrastructure. In the not too distant future, these home networks will be as common as plumbing is today.

What we do

We will work with you to understand how you want your home to function. This insures that any systems we install will complement your family’s lifestyle and will see regular use by all family members. Our experience allows us to recommend systems that are capable of accommodating your future needs while remaining simple and intuitive to operate by all family members.

We next design, supply, and install the systems you’ve specified. We furnish equipment from well-known manufacturers as well as from suppliers that serve the custom installation market with unique capabilities.

To get the maximum benefit from your new system we train all family members in it’s operation and features. Naturally, we’re always available for follow-up questions and assistance.
